Will arrived right on time at 8:00am today, went straight to work fixing our agreed terms and extra things that we needed completed before moving to SC next week. Well qualified and willing to please us in any way possible to accomplish his goals and ours in order to help the next customer without being late. So often, vendors make appointments but end up being late while the customer sits around waiting to get their project completed. Not Ace or Will representing Ace. When there was no more time to get extras completed, Will made sure that he would be on time for the next customer. I really appreciated his work effort, his talent, and his determination to please us as well as his next client. Most people have been hypnotized to accept tardiness which can be quite inconvenient. After a few questions about my project, we were scheduled for service that same week. On the day of arrival, two Ace handymen came to provide us with assistance on our porch project. Mark is a knowledgeable, versatile, friendly handyman. I prepared a list of 35 needed repairs and he finished my priority items, tackled a few on my main list and is prepared to bring some needed supplies to accomplish more items in his next visit. Needed a section of fence fixed after the freakish hailstorm came through the area. Found Ace online and they were very responsive and engaged throughout entire process. Will arrived today promptly at 8 am and was able to fix the fence within the time allotted. Will was very polite and respectful. As a first time customer I also appreciated the follow up visit from one of the managers - Tim. We will definitely be using Ace again for our home repair needs and will recommend to our neighbors.
