I needed a ceiling fan replaced. It was on a very high ceiling and mounted at an angle. It was a difficult install, and Patrick had to make some modifications to the new fan. Despite the difficulty, he and his manager were able to mount it and it looks and works great! I feel that they went above and beyond to do this install. Patrick also fixed my broken mailbox post, installed a new mailbox, and hung house numbers by my front door. I will definitely use Ace Handyman services again!

I needed someone to install an over the range microwave. The reviews on line were very good, so I called. At every point, the service was excellent. My appointment was made easily and conveniently for me. Patrick arrived on time and completed the work promptly. Payment was simple. A very pleasant experience all around.

First time using this service. Got off to a not-so-good start after a very late arrival - nearly 3 hrs after scheduled time, though I did receive a call indicating the arrival would be delayed 1- 1 1/2 hrs. Once the project (mounting 2 pulley bike racks on our garage ceiling) was started, however, Patrick took his time & completed the work carefully & professionally. The work required a trip to pick up needed supplies. Hourly charge for service was adjusted to compensate for that travel time, which was appreciated. I’ve taken 1 star off only because of the very late start, which would have been a real problem if I had other things to do.

I had two things done by Ace. One was all my screens replaced. Most of them were done fine there were a couple that had some stray pieces not cut off and they seemed a little loose in spots but overall a good job. The second job I had done was a small porch power washed and stained. I want to point out that as an elder person I hired this workout because I can no longer do this kind of work. When I do hire it out however I expect cleanup after the job. The man who power washed the deck not only pretty much destroyed parts of the wood in places so it had to be filled in and sanded but he left pieces of the paint he power washed off all over my flower beds and guess who had to go clean that up.... a strenuous bending exercise I did not want to do. Very disappointed in that which is why I can't give the job five stars. That said, Dave came and stained the deck and he was also the one who filled in the damaged spots and sanded it. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with and appears to have done a very thorough job.

The service was professional and high quality.

Had key door handle to garage replaced. Technician had all parts and knowledge to remove old handle and install new one. Dry efficient was complete in a few minutes. Would certainly use Ace Handyman Services whenever I had a problem I could not do myself.
