Handyman Matters is a central dispatcher for all kinds of craftspeople and handy-folk, so they can assist with just about any kind of work you need and have a broad pool of talent to draw from. I went to them to get gutter repair work done. Between the day I first called and the repair appointment I called a couple times with questions, and the workers in the office answer promptly, listen well and are very informative and reassuring. When Mike was on his way on the appointment day to repair my gutters, Handyman Matters' system sends you a text with a link so you can track your repair person's location and expected arrival time. Mike himself took time to tour the outside of my house and discuss what needs to be done. He finished the agreed on work professionally, in a short amount of time, and was a very friendly and respectful guy to deal with. I was happy with the bill, too. So, Handyman Matters' setup is great as a company that fills your specific needs and manages the booking, dispatch and billing, and my experience with Mike showed that the workers and craftspeople who work for them are professional.

I had some siding that needed replace and not many do this. Talking to Marissa regarding job and dealing with Mike who completed the job were A+ in quality, service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Gerald was friendly and on time. The folks at handyman matters are always helpful and friendly. This was the first time Gerald was at my home. He was very careful as to not damage my properly and he cleaned up after he was done. He took the time to explain what was done ( cleaned out roof gutters). An impossible job for me but he made it seem so easy and quick.

My experience with Handyman Matter of Harrisburg was a great experience. I had my cement steps repaired, a gate put on my fence, and a back exterior door replaced. They communicated every step of the way with me to ensure I was informed as to what was going on. Mike showed up right on time (I could even track his arrival time through their app) and when he was on site I walked him through the projects and off he went. To say Mike was detail oriented would be an understatement, he was conscientious about everything he did...it was truly like he was doing for himself rather than just doing a job, even down to patching a little cement by the exterior door so it looked as nice as it could. I really can't say enough good about Mike's work ethics and abilities. And I assume he is representative of the company since every other person I dealt with from Handyman Matters was equally professional and effective at their job. Please note, they are not the rock bottom pricing you could find for estimates. But, I have had a couple of projects done by "rock bottom" individuals that ended up not what I wanted/unfinished/ended up costing me more because it was unfinished and then even had to pay more to get it done from someone else. So while Handyman Matters is not a "great" bargain, they are a fair deal. You pay a bit more than hiring your buddy down the street but you get exactly what you want/pay for with the peace of mind of knowing it is a full fledged business standing behind the work. Bottom line: Great company top to bottom, from the office to the person coming out to do the work. Fair enough price for excellent work. Excellent communication. I would, and will, use them for all of my projects from now on.

Severe winds dismantled our siding on one side of our house. The professional from Handyman Matters did an excellent job fixing it. Was very happy with the results and will definitely call again for future jobs.
