My experience with Handyman Matter of Harrisburg was a great experience. I had my cement steps repaired, a gate put on my fence, and a back exterior door replaced. They communicated every step of the way with me to ensure I was informed as to what was going on. Mike showed up right on time (I could even track his arrival time through their app) and when he was on site I walked him through the projects and off he went. To say Mike was detail oriented would be an understatement, he was conscientious about everything he did...it was truly like he was doing for himself rather than just doing a job, even down to patching a little cement by the exterior door so it looked as nice as it could. I really can't say enough good about Mike's work ethics and abilities. And I assume he is representative of the company since every other person I dealt with from Handyman Matters was equally professional and effective at their job. Please note, they are not the rock bottom pricing you could find for estimates. But, I have had a couple of projects done by "rock bottom" individuals that ended up not what I wanted/unfinished/ended up costing me more because it was unfinished and then even had to pay more to get it done from someone else. So while Handyman Matters is not a "great" bargain, they are a fair deal. You pay a bit more than hiring your buddy down the street but you get exactly what you want/pay for with the peace of mind of knowing it is a full fledged business standing behind the work. Bottom line: Great company top to bottom, from the office to the person coming out to do the work. Fair enough price for excellent work. Excellent communication. I would, and will, use them for all of my projects from now on.

Severe winds dismantled our siding on one side of our house. The professional from Handyman Matters did an excellent job fixing it. Was very happy with the results and will definitely call again for future jobs.

During a recent severe rain and wind storm, our siding at the peak of our 2 story house separated and created an open area. After multiple unsuccessful calls to siding companies, who said the project was too small for them, I was referred to Handyman Matters. The receptionist was very courteous and knowledgeable, understood our problem, scoped out the ladder size needed to make the repair, explained the service offered, and scheduled the appropriate technician. Todd arrived on time and performed the work as expected. He was very personable and had the right expertise to professionally complete the job. I was very pleased with the result and plan to call Handyman Matters in the future for other projects. Thank you!

The bathtub nob that turns on the water and regulates the water temperature broke. It had not become detached but it just twirled, no water came out. The scheduler who answered the call understood the urgency since it is my only run and got me on the schedule for service. The person who came to provide the service was prompt and courteous. The problem with the non was more complex than originally thought requiring not just a new nob but also and additional part. He installed the valve and nob and had me test it. He left the work area clean. ,

We had an unusual job of needing siding repaired because our dogs pulled it out from the base of the house. I could not find anyone who would repair it. I called Handy Man Matters and they said No problem! The repair was done quickly. Their staff is very friendly and very good at communicating with their customers. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone!
