Very professional; timely and good pricing!
Strongly recommend going with ACE handyman services. I had some electrical outlet repairs that needed to be fixed. They came and fixed everything in about 1.5 hours. Arrived on time and cost was very reasonable. Happy to give 5 stars!

Andrew arrived on time to fix our sliding glass door that would not slide. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and was quick and efficient with the work. I would call them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Poor Attention to Detail
I purchased a 4 hour package on March 15, 2021 for the following three projects.
1. Install new doorbell
2. Remove old and install 20 feet of gutter guard.
3. Reinstall exterior storm door.
None of these projects were completed satisfactorily.
I had to remove and reinstall the doorbell since was not installed with a level.
The gutter guard had to be flatted at each union since the defect was visible from the ground.
The storm door was installed without trim, caulking or paint.
Overall, each project demonstrated poor attention to detail.
After the work I was sent a link to rate the company on rateabiz.com. I left a rating of 3 stars with an explanation for the rating.
Funny thing, this rating was never published on the website but the owner, Bill Woods, did contact me. This indicates to me that the website, rateabiz is firmly in cahoots with ACE Handyman Services.
For $450 I expected professional work. What I received was far from that!
After discussing the quality of the work with Bill, he offered a $100 rebate, which I accepted. But wait! The so called “rebate” was in the form of a Gift Card for future ACE Handyman Services, a company I have no intention of ever dealing with again.
Since this review will probably be suppressed, I intend to post similar reviews on Angie’s List, Craig’s List, Google and Yelp.

We also have the ability to publish by hand which we have done with this review. We have not and do not suppress any reviews as you will see other 1, 2, and 3 star reviews here. Excellent work. Above and beyond.
Andrew did a great job on reattaching flashing and also drove back in some gutter nails that were loose and cleaned some of the gutter out. Can’t beat that for service.

Very happy
The technician was right on time. Very friendly and knowledge. He ran around to several home improvement stores trying to find the part he needed for my back door handle. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own he was unable to find the part and my handle was not able to be fixed. I appreciate the effort he put in to help.
