It was great that the company texted me to tell me that the tech was on the way, and gave me a time of arrival. Tyler was friendly, quick, and efficient in installing my upper window sash. We've had several other jobs done in the past few months, and this has been the best experience by far. We'll definitely call Ace Handyman in the future.

Tyler returned this morning to finish up the washer hose leak. All is perfect, just ran a load and no leaks! So very grateful for the service, actual handyman coming to the home and the professional friendly office staff.

The communication is great, the serviceman was knowledge and friendly. When I have them do work for me again I will clarify in advance which hardware store the serviceman will go to to buy the supplies since you pay for the time....

Tyler was terrific, on time (early actually). He took care of things in a professional manner with ease. He told me if there was any concerns/problems in the future to call the office, specifically if there was any leaking from the clamps he tightened on the washer hose connection, and someone would be back. He also recommended that I stain the wood on the swing instead of leaving it as raw wood, this would further deter the carpenter bees. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Andrew from Ace Handyman Services arrived early and ready to start. In addition to replacing two porch posts, I asked that some stairs from a sunroom to the outside deck be installed. Andrew went to work on the posts and then put the stairs in. Andrew reinstalled the flagpole bracket without asking and cleaned up everything after completing the work. Andrew was done in just a couple of hours and I am very please. Thank you Andrew and Ace Handyman Services.

Handyman recently replaced an exterior door for me. Mike had to make 2 visits. I wanted to reverse the door swing and hinge. But he determined the door could not be reversed because it was not a standard size. So I ordered a replacement door and we re-scheduled the work. There was a miscommunication re who was to pick up the door at the vendor. That meant the work was started about an hour later than planned. (Office said I would not be charged for the extra time to go get the door.) Mike stayed till nearly 5 pm to finish installing the door and painting it. This included working for about an hour during a thunderstorm under a poorly sheltered roof overhang. It also involved fitting trim and molding so the door would hang properly. Clean and attractive installation all around. Mike cleaned up the work area as well. He brought the old door into the enclosed porch so I can store it until Habitat for Humanity can pick it up later this month. I have dealt with HandymanMatters a number of times over the last 11 or 12 years. This work lived up to their usual high standard.

We had a complicated bunk bed that we needed assembled. It would have taken me and my wife several hours, and multiple beers (LOL) to assemble. Dan did it in about 5-6 hours and helped carry the heavy boxes with parts up the stairs for us. We can’t thank him enough! Excellent work!!!
