Handyman Matters went out of their way to provide same day service when the scheduled painter had a family emergency. Andrew arrived three hours after my scheduled time and completed the job beautifully. He was very personable and did a great job! I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Andrew was running a little late, which was okay. When he arrived he already had the door knob lock set and went right to work installing. Very polite and friendly. Vacuumed up after he was done. The job was excellently done.

The person answering the phone was very courteous. I just had a few small things that needed done, and she was able to fit me in in the same day. The firm has very good communication, texting me when the handyman was on his way and gave his arrival time. The handyman that came was on time, even a little early, which worked out great. He was very professional and finished all the work in the time allotted.

Mike is awesome! From start to finish, you can tell he really cares about his work and enjoys what he is doing. The quality of the work was excellent as he meticulously completed every project on my list. I have two dogs (one that can be a little scratchy with people she doesn't know) and Mike took the time to get properly introduced to them and become their friend which made a real difference as he moved about the house doing the work assigned to him. Neither dog had an issue with him at all! Mike performed carpentry work, electrical work, and plumbing work for me. Mike mentioned to me as he was leaving that he likes to install flooring which is my next big project to tackle and I would love to have Mike back to do that work.

Andrew was efficient and great on a ladder. He took care of a job we are not up doing!

Siding blew off, the front of my mobile home. Had, someone else remove siding, n put on house wrap. The siding, was not replaced properly. Handyman Matters, came out n replaced n properly installed the new siding, he did a great job. Will use them again.
