He was willing to help with whatever I asked, including taking down my wall-mounted TV, shelves and artwork in the old apartment and then hanging things back up in the new one. He even repaired a hinge that I had broken years ago on an old chest. Deanna, the company's general manager, provided great customer service and arranged everything for me. She also offered me a senior discount, which I appreciated. I'll be sure to use this company (which I learned is locally owned) in the future for any fixes around the apartment and other tasks. From my first contact with their Manager Deanna through the finishing of my interior and exterior work at my home, I was so impressed. Deanna was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, and got us on the schedule within days! The uniformed handyman showed up exactly on time, explained everything he was going to do, had me sign off on the work, and got to work. He cleaned up everything as he worked, and when he finished, went over everything with me again to make sure I was happy, and gave me a written guarantee, such a gentleman! This has been the best experience I have ever had with a home improvement company. Very professional and affordable, I won't be using anyone else again! This is old timey customer service at its best.

The handyman replaced my bathroom light with LED bulbs, which will outlive me, and he asked if I wanted him to do anything else. He took out my garbage! He’s a very nice, skilled man.

Ron did a great job, he contacted me before the work started to get more information, he let me know when he was going to arrive, and he worked non-stop to complete the work. I had an old garage side door that was in very bad shape, Ron sanded, primed and painted the door and it has never looked better. I also had 3 closets in the house with non-functioning sliding doors. Ron replaced the tracks and trimmed the doors so that they don't rub on floor. The doors work like new. Ron was professional and courteous the entire time. I would highly recommend his services.
