Getting help through Ace was a totally positive experience. Richard and David were courteous, competent and friendly. They let me know when they would arrive and were right on time. I hope to see them if/when we need help again.

I had a crack in my garden window. My handyman went to glass store, ordered glass and then went back and picked up glass and installed it. It’s such a relief to have it fixed!!!

Good thing we had back-up projects: Lucas got done with our light fixture problem in a twinkling and then he and his coworker set about the other electrical projects we’d lined up. I’ll hire him again to attend to more in need of doing!

Richard & Lucas arrived on time & ready to work despite the ongoing lack of electricity in the neighborhood. I needed a new vanity to be installed & they sent 2 people because of it's size & weight (no additional cost with the half-day package). The plumbing presented a real challenge, but they were able to work out all the issues. I also appreciated that they were able to do a good job on the variety of tasks that needed to be accomplished--plumbing, electrical, door lock, pipe cutting, & adjusting a chandelier. They were both professional & friendly, & provided options when needed. I booked Lucas to come back next week to do additional work. Scheduling is easy & flexible.

Lucas C., Lead Craftsman: 1) arrived when expected; 2) was prepared to fix/repair/replace what needed to be done which included electrical and plumbing. This was replacing a ceiling fan in one room, replacing a halogen light in a microwave oven, and finding out what went wrong with the garbage disposal and at my request, replacing it with a new one. Friendly with a great sense of humor. Cleaned up after all was done. A one-year guarantee on the work done is nice, but the job was done right the first time.

My new kitchen track lighting system was installed quickly and professionally. I trust the people and appreciate their helpful, friendly service. I think they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend their service to others.
