If you love working with dishonest people, disrespectful people, and unreliable people, this is the company for you! Lynley and Laurie told me that my handyman Raul was running early, so it would be great if I could rush home 3 hours before our scheduled appointment time! Um, what? I told them that I was at work, and I could only make it back to my home about 30 minutes before the appointment started. They told me that I should definitely get back to my house ASAP, because Raul would show up EXACTLY at 3pm for his scheduled appointment time, and possibly even early. So I rushed back to my place to get there at 2:30pm. Raul never showed, but at about 3:15pm, I got a text message telling that Raul was on his way! It even gave me a little link to tap on to see where he was on a map. Oh interesting, he was 45 minutes away at some other job location, meaning that his arrival time would be 4pm. What? So I called up Laurie to see what was going on, and she said that he was in the car DRIVING RIGHT NOW to see me! But this, of course, was just another lie from them, because his car never left the location on the map. The time kept increasing to 4:15pm, then 4:30pm, then 4:45pm, then 5pm, then 5:30pm, and now it puts his arrival time at 6pm, which is after their working hours and long after I will even be home! These people are deceitful, dishonest, disrespectful, unreliable, and truly a horrible team of people.

Carlos just left, he did what we asked ,took him about an hour. He had good manners,explained what he was doing. I would have use him in the future.

Raul was great! Love our new mailbox! There was a mixup on getting an estimate for fixing our gate with another handyman the day before, but Lori in the office straightened everything out. Will use again.

Carlos did a great job replacing my porch steps. He made several suggestions that improved the strength and durability without adding too much to the fist. He was prompt, fast, and deliverers a high quality result. I highly recommend him and this device.

Kevin was extremely patient, polite and proactive! Was very impressed with work ethic as there were multiple little jobs assigned. Beyond those he offered helpful suggestions to remedy new complications. Thank you Kevin and ACE!!

My handyman showed up an hour early which wasn't really a problem but after he left I looked closely at the work. he did and I was disappointed in it, especially on the outside, but obviously the inside appearance is most important, and it doesn't look professional. For example pieces of phone were used to cover up screws that were too long and one of them isn't even in there tight. So I've got a 2 inch long screw sticking out and a piece of phone stuck over it to hide it. My last bedroom AC was installed by a friend and he did a very nice job by comparison. I'm very disappointed in the interior appearance as well with foam sticking out on one side of the frame and a dreadful looking mount underneath the unit. My previous experiences with Ace handyman services were very good, but this one was very disappointing.
