I wanted to thank Luther, Lori and Steve for the work they did rebuilding part of my kitchen after a water leak. Luther first advised we get a clean up professional Restoration1. Which was a great idea. The damaged areas were properly tested, demoed and cleaned. Then Ace came back in to rebuild everything back to normal. We are relieved Ace came in and helped us get through a tough situation. Thanks again!

I hired Ace Handyman service to install a chandelier. I was informed that handyman from Ace are equipped and knowledgeable on all types of fixtures. They arrived 40 min late from the actual appointment with no notification. When they arrived, I was told that the light I bought was very complicated and the manufacture built design was bad. I agree that some lights are complicated but that’s the reason we hire experts for installation. Ace handyman service starts from 2 hr flare rate and every hour it has a flat price. There were two people sent which I thought work will be faster for my project. I hired them to install chandelier, tv and curtain rods but with the light they took 4.5 hrs with a price of $1000+ which crossed my budget so far that I told them to stop and did not continue for tv and curtain rods. Of course Ace being a corporate did not have any concession or time to listen customer requirements and feedback. Whoever reads this post, please re think to hire them in terms of price, hours of work which customer has to estimate right, no warranty for their work when them leave . I do not recommend to Ace handyman service to any other people out there.

Almost since purchasing my retirement home in Florida years ago, I have relied on (now named) Ace Handyman Services for many of those homeowner maintenance requirements that they address and that are difficult for a senior woman with some mobility issues. I usually stockpile projects into twice yearly service calls and have never been disappointed with project completions. Kevin is my usual and excellent technician, but all of my interactions with all of the company’s professionals have been positive and rewarding. Highly recommend!

Kevin has been providing superb, reliable, and appropriate handyman services to my home for years. As a senior woman with some mobility issues, I have greatly appreciated his technical expertise, courtesy, and adaptability. Today, with little advance notice, he was able to make time to come out on a Friday afternoon to address a couple of time sensitive issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve arrived on time and helped me with so many random projects - hanging a heavy mirror, fixing a toilet that wouldn't stop running, cleaning the dryer vent, hanging a few random items, changing some very high light bulbs in staircase, replacing a vent on exterior of house (he actually noticed ours was missing and suggested it), etc. He worked quickly and all was high quality work. I will be calling this service again for any other jobs we have around the house. Lori was also very helpful on the phone.
