Bad quality workmanship, left it worse than when they came
I called ACE handyman because the panel over one the eaves on my roof is loose. The first gentleman came out and said it was a two-man job because they had a nail it. So they rescheduled me and sent out a two man crew. The first one that came was a different gentleman who said he could fix it by simply pushing it in place and caulking it. The end result is that the panel is now completely out of its track, it is now more loose and it was before they “worked” on it, and I’m out $170. They should’ve just been honest and said they did not know how to fix this.

Steve was prompt and very courteous. He worked quickly and did not try and run up the time. I’ve used the predecessor company Handyman Connections many times and had similar results. Easy to schedule with the office.

I have had the best service from Steve and have used him numerous times. They disassembled media center, removed mobiles from cathedral ceiling, fixed roof leaks, sealed windows and remove mounted TV’s. Today we also had the help of Pep. They were both professional and efficient. I have already hired them for future date.
