Mario did everything that needed to be done. He is fantastic, highly reliable, and professional. Just a solid person all around.

Mario called two days in advance to confirm appointment. Checked in the night before to make sure everything is ok. Had an appointment scheduled for 2 PM. Mario called an asked if he could come sooner. Arrived and looked over the project. Light to be installed on stairwell leading to basement. 20' above floor. Thought of an idea to make it faster and easier. He left and came back with a piece of plywood. Spanning the stairwell he was able to use a step ladder to install new light. Extension ladder would not fit. Smart thinking on his part. Done in less time then scheduled. Very polite. Would use again.

Kevin did an excellent job installing light fixtures, installing new wall socket, replacing wood trim around door, repaired sheetrock and replaced rotten wood on our deck. We will ask for Kevin the next time we contact Ace for home repairs.
