Mario replaced some tile and installed new trim in a bathroom. He did a great job and was very friendly. He was also very informative about other projects I'm working on. Great experience. I would call Ace and Mario again!

There was a lot of confusion regarding who was going to perform the work for us. I was told one person was coming and then the night before a different person called me and asked me to go over exactly what we needed done even though I had emailed all of the information and also had personally spoken with the person in the office that schedules all of the work. Then a field supervisor showed up and still wasn't sure what work we needed one. He brought a person he was training. I felt that they took longer than necessary to complete the work needed because they were training a person and it was on our dime. They also chipped the paint on the door case (they were installing a storm door, which should have been a simple task). We just had the house painted a few weeks prior, so now we have to fix that ourselves. Not happy about that at all.

Steve did a great job removing the sink in the basement. He also installed the paneling to go over the hole left behind. I'll come up with another list of things to do in the future.

Steve did three small jobs at my house and was outstanding. Efficient, friendly and competent. I already have a few more small projects on my list and will definitely use ACE again.
