Eric was the person that showed up. He was 10 minutes early (I like that). I showed him the house and the work, and he knew what to do. He was professional and very detail orientated. He did more that what I pointed out which I was very appreciative. It took a bit longer than expected, but he got everything done that was important to me. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Handyman Matters, and I will continue to use them. If I have any say so, I will ask specifically for Eric for my next project. While all of the people that have showed up for the various jobs were good, Eric was the best so far.

The tech I dealt with name was Chris, from the time I set up the appointment for my dialysis clinic up until completion the service was superb! This company will now be on our Master Vendor List!

Eric was great! He was on time and gave suggestions about projects - he worked his tail off all day long and wa very polite. We have many more projects around the house and will use again! Valerie in the office has been great with scheduling and getting someone out due to changes in our schedule. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend for any small to large job you might have!

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Great communication from the office as to the estimate, time, and cost. The craftsman was 10 minutes early and did superb work. The job ended up getting done faster than estimated, so the cost was less than planned. I immediately reached out to book my next job.
