High quality service
We had the ongoing “honey do” list that Estrella completed professionally. Estrella was also friendly and kept us updated at each step. Amazing how Estrella had so many varied skills to complete all tasks

Prompt and courteous
Installer was on time and courteous. Would use this service again. A little expensive but not excessive.

Regarding the cost of our services, all our craftsman are direct employees (no sub-contractors) and have at least 15 years of experience in the trades. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and we have the best warranty in the handyman business with a 12-month warranty on all services completed. We strive to give our customers peace of mind when it comes to their home maintenance and improvement needs and live up to our motto of "bringing helpful to your home."

Very Professional Service Today
After a rocky start last week, we had a happy ending today. Artis did a great job of making the texture of our bathroom walls look seamless. He was very neat and tidy. This project took longer than expected but finally we have the outcome that we hoped for.

Professional
Will do specific jobs if you ask them. Many jobs fall between the cracks (too big or too small etc) and these guys will handle them.

Great comments Dexter, and so true. Many contractors do not want to handle the "smaller" jobs that wind up sitting on the to do list for months, and this is precisely the kind of service we can provide...we take that to do list and turn it into a "DONE" list!

The price was a little higher then what was originally quoted over the phone. I feel that $350 USD was a little steep for a ceiling fan installation. I would give them 3 stars on value.
The technician sent was very polite, and did not leave until I was satisfied with the quality of the job. He also made sure to clean the area up before he left, which I appreciated greatly. The tech is five stars all the way.
I would gladly recommend ACE to anyone finding it hard to find a reputable handyman, again just be ready for the sticker shock for labor charges.

Regarding the cost, this will vary with ceiling fans depending on the type of installation needed and if we're installing a new fixture that also needs to be wired or a replacement to an existing fixture that has the wiring in place. That's why we do our best to clarify the type of installation over the phone so our customers receive a more accurate time estimate as this will also impact the cost of the repair. The job was beyond the original estimate but we’ll taken care of. The service was done very professionally and in a friendly manner. It was our first time using Ace Handyman and we will likely use Ace again when needed
