Estela Aburto came for several maintenance and repair items! She answered all of our questions and was HONEST about explaining what was needed and what was not - a rare quality you hardly ever see anymore! Her work was thorough and clean. A true professional!!

Great teamwork
Wow great work for everyone that came and helped on the project. Very professional and safe company to work with, they gave me updates on who was showing up. I had Keenan be the main guy in my project he was great on explaining and honest step by step he’s the type of guy you want showing up. I got ceiling tracks done and they came out so perfect. They got done on time also. I had to talk to billing with Samantha, she was understanding and helped me out. A++ on the work and billing.

The lady that came to my house was very professional.
But the lady that made the appointment did everything wrong she put me down for four hours. She told me somebody was coming to put molding around my doors fix all my sprinkler systems put me down for like 4 to 5 hours like between 400 and $500 and she sends one lady to fix underneath my sink the leak I had and to put up handrails and she didn’t even bring the handrails so she couldn’t do that and y’all still charged me $200 from now on I will be going to Home Depot or Lowe’s because I no longer want your services. The lady was very sweet and nice but you need somebody else to make your order orders that go out because she didn’t know what she was doing. Very dissatisfied customer.

Hi Evelyn, per our recorded conversation I stated that we only had availability today for our 2-hour appointment, which would be to repair your leaky pipe and install your grab bar. I did not say we had grab bars as our company does not carry materials. I offered to schedule you for Friday for the 4-hour appointment to do all the items you requested that were to replace the weatherstripping on two doors, replace sprinkler heads, repair a leaky pipe, and one grab bar installation. When I offered to schedule you for Friday you declined because you wanted to repair your pipe as soon as possible. We only charged for the time to repair your leaky pipe and rescheduled the additional services for our next available date and you canceled the appointment. Please call our office if you'd like to further discuss.

We had to have a door replaced and framed. Keenan was very was very professional, personable and a good listener about our concerns. He did the work clean and timely. We will recommend ACE to friends and family in the future . Great Job!
