Fixed my sink today. Looks good and knows his stuff.

Ace handyman services provided me just the service I needed in a timely manner not try to make the price higher by pushing any extras I did not need and when I had a concern addressed it most immediately standing behind their promise.

Jesus was the man! He helped us finish up repairs from some minor water damage. He was pleasant, so respectful, early to the job, and most importantly treated the project as if he was working on his own home. I’d love to use him again on future projects at our old home. Victoria and Samantha were also absolutely pleasant to interact with via phone as well, thanks for making the process smooth and communicating everything so thoroughly.

Such a run around trying to get quotes from plumbing services, that had to "come and see" before giving some sort of quote! Don't need dozens of people coming into my house to give a quote for that which is straight forward, such as changing out toilet tank "guts" (What needs to be "seen?"), or changing out a leaky kitchen sink, where I can take all the photos/video necessary! Had the parts, and we know where the water shut off is! I'd understand if the project was a broken pipe under a concrete slab, or a drain field issue, but not this stuff! No runaround with ACE Hardware! I received a reasonable quote, and that things could be less, if projects finished sooner, or things could be more, if there was an issue. I know plumbing services don't offer the former of "less," and despite their attitude of needing to "look and see" an issue could still crop up! Our handyman Vibert Charles showed up on time, and did have to deal with "unforseen circumstances" of our driveway having been torn out by the FDOT, which we weren't expecting either! Vibert did end up making a run to our local Crowder Brothers ACE Hardware for a couple of lines for under the sink, but otherwise, he was able to hook everything up, including a sprayer that we never had before, but wanted. As for the toilet "guts," nothing exciting there. I've already recommended/suggested ACE Hardware's handyman services to neighborhood FB inquires for "reasonable" services. Mentioning that you don't get the run around of having to "look and see" to get some sort of quote.

My experience was great. The man that came to do my screens was kind and courteous and I want to thank you very much very much Sheila Patterson.

Technician was a day early, repaired the issue with the wall in 3 hrs, rather than the estimated 4 hrs. Quality work and a very personable Technician.

She listened to what I wanted and answer all my questions!
