I needed some fixing work on the roof because some pests were getting into the attic by pushing through the soffit. It was Severo Valencia who came by for this job. I must say that he was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and did a thorough work. I would call him again and every time I need any kind of repair work.

Severe Valencia did a fantastic job. He showed me the damaged material once removed. Explained what he was replacing with. Showed me areas that needed to be attended around the house. Highly recommend and would like him to be the one to work on my house in the future.

Sterling and his craftsmen did a wonderful job on our remodel of two rooms in our house. They turned a raw Florida room with no insulation nor dry wall into an cozy and cool room that has eanabled us to use the room year round. I recommend them for all kinds of construction as well has maintenance.

My negative is some work done inside was not recommended, but was done witch took away from the time of doing my outside job. In today's time when everything is so expensive for families like ours money is tigh. So every minute counts. I'm upset that we had to pay for 2 separate people on the same job. Even though we were not advised of that. So it cost us almost the same price to get 1/2 my pipes replace in my home for a single job outside my home. So for the worker(s) all stars. For Ace the company I don't feel I can recommend you because your pricing are so steep , and charging $125 an hour are sad.
