Doug from Ace came out today and did everything we wanted plus some.He was very accommodating. He was very pleasant and we enjoyed his work very much.We would highly recommend him to anyone and we will for sure use him again and soon.

Doug was very professional. He listened to my explanation of the problem. He gave me directions to assist in putting on my dryer vent. He was very helpful with the antenna he removed from the side of my house. Very pleasant and professional.

Our project involved installing a vent through kitchen cabinets to allow cooking fumes to exit through the roof. The installation was coordinated with our roofing contractor just prior to replacing the roof. Ace advised they to not cut holes in roofs, which is understandable. Estella and Doug arrived promptly at our appointment time and assessed what would be involved in installing the vent. It proved to be a challenging job, but each obstacle was resolved and the end result was a professional installation. Estella was recommended by a neighbor and thankfully she was assigned to our project. We are pleased. We echo prior comments that Ace charges $79 for a service call to meet with the customer and talk about the project prior to the work beginning. We were also told it would be deducted from the final bill upon job completion. It was not. This put the customer and person doing the work in an awkward position when the final invoice was presented. Since the business practice is to charge a service call fee, Ace should simply say that to their customers initially. I considered a lower rating based on the service call issue. However, Estella and Doug deserve a 5 star rating for their work and customer service.
