Had an issue with a ceiling fan. The light package was disconnected from the fan body and was hanging by the wires.

On this date, July 23, 2025, Sterling from Ace Handyman Services kindly provided a consultation. He offered clear explanations regarding the repairs and redesign of my home. I am grateful for his assistance in resolving an unrelated issue that arose shortly after his departure which he quickly returned to address for me. His willingness to help and his numerous suggestions were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the helpful tips he provided for general understanding and future care of my home's items were also very much appreciated. His genuine kindness and concern for safety was appreciated. I can tell he loves what he does because of his thoroughness. He was very nice but not in a creepy way.

This is my second experience with Ace Handyman Service and my first time meeting Keenan A., the tech who did the work. When we bought the house there were a lot of things that needed updating and it has been a journey… the shed was solid and concrete block… but there was one old style window that did not open and a hole where an AC unit was at one time. My bedroom, which was renovated and made into a bedroom does not have house AC so I installed a small window unit about 6 years ago, and it wasn’t getting as cold anymore, so why not put it in the shed and buy a new one for my bedroom…that worked out perfectly, because eventually I plan to remodel the shed turning it into a laundry room / outside shower maybe. Keenan did an awesome job getting the window installed and both AC units installed…by the way… Hurricane Helene flooded the shed because there was no window in the hole… with possible hurricanes hitting again I can feel more secure knowing rain and critters won’t be making a mess in there. Ace is fast… they are ready to go… so if you hire them be ready because they will be at your house as soon as you say ok! I feel the value and service I received was worth every penny.

I had work that had to be done on my back porch. My technician was Severo Valencia. Very knowledgeable about the work of replacing two outside walls that were rotten. Very hard worker in very hot conditions. He brought another technician with him today Nicholas. Both of them worked to try and get it all finished before the rain ( which never came). This was my fourth encounter with Ace and am very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the workers. I am sure I will call again. I will recommend them to others.
