Repaired popcorn ceiling and replaced ceiling fans
The ceiling appeared broken and stained from a previous roof leak in several places. I thought the best that I could hope for was just neat-looking patches. What I'm ending up with looks like nothing ever happened. You honestly cannot tell that there was ever a stain or a crack or a leak at all. I am beyond pleased. Ceiling fans were quickly replaced as well. Jesús cleaned up after he was done with broom, mop, and vacuum. Pleasant, professional, competent. What more can you ask.

Regarding your comment about providing a written quote, that's where we are different to the typical contractor. Since we do over 1100 different types of jobs, we do not provide quotes like a contractor. We provide estimates based on the information received from our customers that are then verified or revised once our craftsmen review the project on site. Because of the diversity of the services we perform, our model allows for the necessary flexibility to adjust estimates as needed based on the needs of each project.

Great for household repairs!
Vibert, my assigned handyman showed up on time, got right to work and did a great job! This is a big deal for me because most people you call for service do not show up.
I will use Ace Handyman Services for all my other handyman projects. You can't go wrong...
