Very difficult bed to assemble
What a job...a very difficult bed to assemble if it had instructions and it didn't...just some hand drawn pictures....they were excellent...efficient and professional

This is a great service!
It’s so hard to find a handyman for a small job when you need one, but Ace does just that! Chris was on time and very competent. Our job was completed quickly, accurately and without mess! The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is because I thought I had provided enough information before the visit so that the tech wouldn’t need to leave to get supplies. He did; so I’m not exactly sure if the price included the drive and shop time or not. Plus, a receipt should have been offered.

Don, thanks for the great review and expressing your concerns! Our goal is to always meet your expectations and give you a clear idea of what to expect from us! While setting your appointment, we discussed the craftsman having to find the best solution for your project once he was onsite, in order to get the correct materials. We gave you a time estimate and price for 1 hour when your appointment was set and you were only charged for 1 hour. The receipt is always emailed from our app after the craftsman shows you the invoice. The craftsman's phone took a while to load your email receipt but I was able to email you a copy from the office. Please give us a call when you are ready to schedule your next home improvement! We look forward to working with you again on the next project!
