Timely, Detail oriented technician
Blake arrived on-time and was very professional. He replaced a Ring security flood light and hung a very heavy picture with precise detail. He kept me informed on every step for both installs. He enjoys his work which made me feel comfortable with him performing the job. It's hard to find dedicated technicians to do work for you and I'm glad Blake was the one sent to my home. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing service from ACE Handyman.

Did not disclose a trip charge that was added to invoice after work was done. Was not made aware of this. Then I got told contradicting things when I questioned it.
The workers Tommy and Blake were great. No complaints about them.
Just make sure everything is disclosed to you on the estimate.
Don’t make sense to charge a trip charge to come to my house to do work.

Great work, professional, friendly
Tommy and Blake were awesome workers. They were friendly which to me is a plus. They knew exactly what they were doing.
I highly recommend this business.
They keep you informed about when workers are on the way. Good communication with the customer.

Blake introduced himself. Attentive listener ---clarified as needed.
Had equipment organized---recognized immediately that parts sent from company was slightly different in size than what was on faucet. Used caution when approaching second job underneath eves (squirrel hole). Protected shingles from paint being applied to cover repair area. I would have him return if I need a Handyman. Excellent customer service --answered my questions about other services offered and also provided a company brochure. 5 star rating!!

Excellent experience
The communication is great start to finish! I received a message when my handyman was on his way and he arrived on time. Blake worked quickly and efficiently to install my faucets and I am so pleased with the results. I will use Ace Handyman again!
