garage door issue
While Handyman Matters was not able to help with my particular situation, I received excellent service from all of the people I spoke to. The handyman came promptly to see what my issue was and even recommended a solution with a new hire in a few days. Unfortunately, that person was not able to help and Handyman Matters canceled my appointment in a timely fashion. The dispatcher was kind and courteous each time I spoke with her. I would not hesitate to call Handyman Matters in the future.

The work was not done according to what was agreed and part of it was poorly done.
The first follow up phone call showed no concern about my complaint. Second phone call was somewhat interested and promised to call back and never did.

Above and beyond expectations
Matthew went out of his way to figure out a way to repair my jacuzzi. On his own time, he did the research, and then returned to my home to discuss repair options.
I am so impressed by his tenacity and motivation to resolve my problem.

Door repair well done
While the work appears to have included all that I requested, I have my concerns about the pricing policy. This company charges by the day yet neither Matt nor Todd could tell me what the base day rate was even after they assessed the details of my job. I received total cost estimates. I think that the customer should receive all the details up front and should not have the 1.5 hours that the worker spends shopping for materials included in the day hour costs. The worker should come prepared to start. Both men were polite and on time. Again, I think that Todd was very capable and does good work.

They came out amost 2 weeks after the fix of my door and did some tweaks and now it is working wonderful

my side door woul not open. The bolt on the door handle broke in the door. They had to remove the door and replace door handle with new ones. Excellent job and price. Will use them again.
