I have used Ace Handyman Services several times now and have not been disappointed. I was even re-scheduled earlier than originally set up because there was an opening. I was quite happy with that change. This was the second service call with Zack who has the work ethic you wish all handymen had. He is good-natured and can think on his feet. Zack maneuvered around in a tight tall staircase with a special solution to remove a layer of soot from a fire in preparation of the walls and ceiling for a fresh paint job. Why wait months for a pricey fire restoration company? Just call Ace!

Jason serviced my home today with exact precision and expertise. The work he did, and information I received from other of your handymen was totally redone today because the original job was done incorrectly (caulking around my tub area with the wrong type of caulk and without removing prior caulk); and secondly I was told by another of your handymen that in order to replace a tub shower spicket no longer available through the vendor, that the whole shower system would need to be replaced including pipes inside the wall which required a certified plumber to do which Jason advised would not be necessary to do. That only the existing spicket on the outside of the wall needs to be replaced. I have been putting off contacting a plumber to do the work I had been advised on for financial reasons, and is a great relief to know that I will not have to bear that burden to replace the spicket. While I think that the Ace Handyman Service is a convenient one with a great guarantee program, I do expect to be given sound advise when I employ one of your handymen. In my opinion, I believe Jason should be elevated to a supervisory position to review information your handymen pass onto you unknowing customers who look to you for informed professional advise, I will no longer use anyone but Jason in my home when employing Ace for handyman services.

Both the customer service rep for the appointment and the technician (Zach) we're great. I know there can be apprehension when you're paying someone you don't know by the hour, but Zach was hustling the entire time (which felt great).
