James was on time, professional, and his extensive experience became obvious. He did a great job and made the installation of our undercabinet range hood look easy. I’m very happy with the outcome.

This is the second time that we have used the Ace Handyman Services. We are delighted with the service! James is response, creative, works quickly and cleans up after finishing the project. We could not ask for more.

James called 3 hours before his scheduled time and said he had finished up early on his prior job and could he come over. That was great! He completed his first job within an hour. The second job was a little more difficult. It took him almost 3 hours to complete. In the end he could not complete the task and said it was out of his capabilities. He did leave the second job in working order. James cleaned up his work area as if he was never there! We were happy with the work that he was able to do. I don't believe I was aware of the $75 service charge.

Darrell was so professional and courteous! He called me the night before to discuss the jobs and came early the next morning before 8am to get started. We walked through everything again to clarify anything and he answered my questions and explained everything he was going to do. Very respectful of my home, me, my dog, everything. Highly recommend him! Will be telling everyone I know.

I needed a finished basement refreshed with drywall repair and installation of a new drop ceiling. My realtor recommended ACE at the Easton, MA location, as she has had good luck with their service. I started with Jen who quickly got the details of my project and booked me for NEXT DAY. I decided to provide the materials myself and when it came time to get 4x8 drywall sheets in my car…uh oh. No problem, Jen and Tim coordinated for me to pickup sheets at the Easton store which were cut into 4x4 sections for me. While there, Tim knew the details of my project as well which tells me they are discussing projects and how best to go about them. James was the contractor who worked on my project and he as simply amazing. He was on time, professional, cleaned the work site after each day he was there and most importantly did some great work. I can’t recommend ACE enough for those handyman services, A plus experience!

The Ace Handyman Service was first class from start to finish. The person with whom I first spoke, Jen, had a great phone presence and was immediately helpful in scheduling my service call. I received texts to confirm my appointment. The Handyman, James, was in touch before arriving keeping me posted on his timing. James was a good communicator, quickly sizing up the job and expressing confidence in his ability to complete the task. James ran into some unexpected difficulties in installing the outdoor vent for my microwave fan. His attitude was great and he accomplished the task. After finishing the task he went over with me what had been done and asked me to inspect the work. He then went above and beyond in cleaning up dust and debris that had been created as he worked. I highly recommend this service and will use it again.
