Bud just installed a door between our master bedroom and master bathroom. It looks like it has always been there! He matched our trim and was careful to replace existing baseboards. His attention to detail is outstanding. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Bud has been our Handyman for many years. When we flooded in Elm Grove in May 2019, he basically put our house back together by himself. When we flooded again four months later during Imelda, Bud came right over just to check on us. All of his work was ruined, but he had a game plan to get repairs going right away. We ultimately decided to sell our house as-is and leave the neighborhood, but now we have Bud working on projects in our new home! Trustworthy and a pleasure to talk to, Bud is always welcome in our home. Even our dog Teddy is happy to see him. Bud and Handyman Matters are the only folks we call when we need something done. Handyman Matters sent me Bud after Tropical Storm Imelda. He was such a great help in the repair of my home. Bud Mooney was on time every time, explained everything he did before he did it, was patient in answering my questions, and did a thorough and excellent job. The closet in my study (and the carpeting and padding) had mold from a leak in the roof and the AC condenser drain being clogged. Bud replaced all the sheetrock, replaced all the baseboard, reinstalled the closet shelf and rod, and painted everything.
