When you call the person answers the phone with a wonderful greeting and let's you know if the job you request is something their people can do. If not, the refer you to a list of businesses that call fill your request! The ace Handyman just left my home and wasn't able to solve my issue, but explained the problem after spending 2:hours working to find the issue! He gave me resources to follow-up on, and extra safety issues he recommended. Expertise is the name of the game with Ace Handyman.

With 30+ years of experience, Bud came to us in a timely manner, with a very respectful and kind sense of self and demeanor, while remaining task-objective and completion-directed. He didn't rush the job, but used each moment wisely and constructively, giving me a debriefing before and after the completion of the job in addition to tips on things he discovered about my home during the project. He was kind enough to offer a discount as we were first time customers, and, most notably - made a point to ask if he could give our 3 kids toy cars from a box he carried around in his work truck. He certainly made an impression on not only our day, but our week as well. It's this type of service every company should strive in desperation to emulate.

Buck was AWESOME! - assembled bar stools - planter boxes - string lights & fireplace rack - had extra time so he did a few extras - gave great advice for my front door problem & icemaker issues too - on time - efficient- knowledgeable- would give six stars if I could - 1000% recommended!

Pro: He was timely and efficient also informative. Con: I caught with his hand in the cage with my dog. I he was wondering around opening doors looking for the garage door. Personal pet peeve, he had his shoes on, no covers. Other than that he was also nice... gave my child toys.

Called Ace Handyman to have some mirrors removed from a bathroom wall to have some plumbing work done. Bud was quick to respond, ensure we were made aware of what would need to be replaced and repaired after the plumbing was fixed and provided some key information regarding next steps. Bud made sure all glass was removed and disposed of properly. Will certainly be using Ace Handyman again in the future for some other task.

I’d bought a new faucet as the old one was leaking. Bud inspected the old one and repaired it-saving me the cost of a new one. Great and knowledgeable service. Tightened up a loose cabinet door while he was here and gave me valuable advice on how to line the cabinet under the sink with waterproof linoleum. I’ll definitely use them again.
