Dining Nook Chandelier
Todd from Ace Handyman services was great. He was able to quickly install a Restoration Hardware chandelier. This chandelier was pretty heavy (150lbs) and required some extra support. He was able to ensure it was installed exactly where we wanted it and it was secure to the ceiling. I would recommend Todd for any electrical installation needs.

Extremely professional. He had done at least one hour of research about our door before he came to our house. He even drove slowly through our neighborhood to evaluate other storm doors near us. Very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions completely. Excellent.

Quality work but very expensive
The work was clearly satisfactory, but the cost ($200 per hour) was excessive. That was for one person! Ask for the estimate on an hourly basis, not on a list of covered services.

Ok service
The drywall quality repair was below my expectations. The new texture came out flat and didn’t mach the old one. And the price estimate was very confusing. Online estimate $300-400, in house estimate$600-700, total $915

I ask and it gets done right! Thank you Todd for your help and you expertise in handling this old condo. You fixed my old fan in the one and only bathroom and that front door that did not shut or lock properly after 2 others tried! Again, Thank you!
