Keith installed several roman shades and a curtain. Several surprises arose (regarding measurements on my end) and Keith handled them with aplomb, making adjustments where necessary and problem-solving on the fly. Great workmanship & can-do attitude!

Assembled a new elliptical trainer in 3 hours. Would have taken me at least 2x more as there were so many pieces. Worth the peace of mind knowing the machine is assembled correctly. Tim did a great job replacing my entryway light with a new one as well as hanging a stained glass wall hanging and adding a fan with light in a bedroom. Both the entryway and stained glass hanging were over 15 feet high and he did impeccable work. The fan was installed perfectly as well. This is my second time using Ace Handyman Services and overall I'm very pleased with the craftsmen and work they do. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I couldn't get an actual quote. I think that I was over charged. He was there to do a minor grout and full caulking repair to a tub shower He was there 5 hours total with 1/2 hour for a run to hardware store and a 1/2 hour for lunch. I was charge the original full day price plus supplies. I wasn't provided the receipts for the supplies. He did do a good job.

First, the person who came over to work on the 4 projects that we wanted completed was very friendly, which is why I'm even giving this place 2 stars. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day, but of the 4 projects only 50% were successfully done and our house was left a complete mess that took about 2 hours to clean. We had a crack in our ceiling that was patched, which looks great though no drop cloth was put down. I'm still continuing to find little dots of plaster on our wood steps. In addition, when the ceiling was sanded, a layer of dust not only coated everything below it, but covered our entire kitchen and living room in about a half-inch of dust. We had to wash & clean everything from our coffee maker to the dishes that were out to the floors that were covered in dust. In addition, there was a laptop on our table that had a layer of dust on it and thank god it was shut or else it most likely would have been ruined. I have pictures that I wish I could upload to show just how dirty it was. Another project involved replacing a bathroom exhaust fan, which ended up being much more difficult than expected, so the repair couldn't be done. That being said, there was insulation that had fallen from the ceiling that completely filled the bathtub and was all over the bathroom. Instead of putting a piece of cardboard to cover the huge hole that was created where the old exhaust fan was, the hole was just left open and exposed with insulation continuing to snow down in the bathtub overnight until I decided to cover the hole to stop the debris from continuing to fall out. We are waiting to work with another company to fix that mess. Another project involved putting a door jam down between carpet and tile in our bathroom. It was glued down and we were told to keep heavy objects on it for 24 hours, which we did. The minute we lifted the objects up, the door jam was bowing and not even close to the ground. To Ace's credit, they sent another service person out the next day to properly install and fix that project. So, after hours of cleaning, working with 2 different service people, numerous phone calls and now having to work with another business to finish up the exhaust fan project, I would not recommend using this business.
