Mary, Thank you for your feedback. It looks like when you talked to our Office Manager, she did quote you $150 for a service charge as you are located in Franktown. When the Master Electrician arrived on site, he went over the pricing and confirmed with you and your signature on the work order. When the job was completed he presented the final invoice, you signed off on that and paid. Please contact our office if you would like to discuss any further.
