He was very diligent and neat with great accuracy, installing a new doorhandle and dead bolt lock that he picked up for me and centered about 12 pictures in five various rooms.

I had kind of an unusual problem: I had to have a mobility scooter disassembled and packaged up to be sent back because it was defective. I called ACE Handyman Services in Lake Orion, Michigan. Gerard came out and did an outstanding job. First, he tried to see if he could get the scooter to work. He found a couple of wires that weren’t connected however, the scooter wasn’t able to be repaired so he packaged it up so I could send it back. I will definitely call this business again if/when I need help. Gerard was great. He’s very knowledgeable, professional courteous and friendly. I will be calling this business again when I’m in need of honest, reliable, and knowledgeable people.

I called for an “emergency” repair. I was scheduled for service within a couple of hours. The repairman (Mike) completed the necessary repairs to a water leak efficiently and had some extra time to do another repair I needed. Fantastic!

He was professional, made sure the lights worked probably before he left together we solved a excessive bright light problem with agreeing that a dimmer switch needs to be installed

I called to see if they where willing and able to complete two small drywall patch jobs and they where here the next day, no questions ask. He showed up on time and complete the work to a high standard. Very easy to work with and will definitely have them out again for some jobs I have coming up.

I contracted Ace Handyman to install a kitchen floor for me and I might not have been clear but there was a little confusion over my priorities. While explaining the services, I was told about the half day, full day option if I had many projects and I did list some others that were on my wish list but the flooring was my main priority. I explained to the handyman the floor was my priority and the others could wait and he was very friendly and accommodating. He helped me pick out flooring on the fly after what I picked out was not the right kind of flooring and went to work. He did a great job especially since nothing in my house is square. My only complaint was that I was not given the option or even asked about trim which I would have loved and paid for. I love my new kitchen floor but all of the edges look unfinished and in some spots you can see the subflooring. I will probably have someone come out and do that for me once I get the walls painted.
