Excellent service and follow through.

Upfront I knew about the ridiculous high hourly rate (twice as much as a regular handyman) + trip charge, but I was in a rush for this ONE job and they schedule me 2 days after (while the other person I knew was booked for over a month). Since the job I required was hanging lights and I was already paying a service trip I thought I could complete the time with a few small things around the house and for that price I was sure they would work super fast. The person that arrived was very polite and did a good job, not as fast as I would have expected but I would recommend him. The problem was that I asked him to started with the lights (and according to how fast he worked I was going to ask him to do the other stuff) and he told me he didn’t have a ladder, that someone else would bring it. He started doing the things that I didn’t need to pay an overprice for, and after a two hours (which was way more than I expected) he told me the person who was bringing the ladder couldn’t make it and that he wouldn’t be able to do the ONLY job that I actually I needed to get done that day. They offer me to come another day to do it without charging again the $65 trip charge (gee thanks!) but I didn’t have availability the following day and then it was too late. Si I ended up paying $400 for something that I didn’t need to rush into, and that with somebody else would have been probably no more than $120. Not worth it!

The service provided was friendly and professional. The price seemed a little high for the work that was done but we agreed to that price to get the work completed. Some of the work that was done I now know that I can do myself. Will use Ace Handyman again though for other work because they were communicative and explained what was needed. Bartolo was extremely professional and courteous.

Bart the handyman was awesome. However to put a flag holder on the outside wall snd switch out a kitchen faucet which I provide, we felt robbed at the price of $120 per hour plus service charge totalling $425.00. Beware of these services. If Ace had provided the faucet, a 50% charge would have been added…. Luckily Bart called me to warn me. I am not a happy camper.

Cory took the time to make sure everything with our new front entry door was perfect! Ace Handyman Services are fantastic and I am glad I was referred to them!

From the customer service of making the appointment to after the service we are very satisfied and will use ACE Hamdyman service again. Bartolo repaired several doors for us.. he was kind, efficient and very professional.. actually told us we didn’t need to replace weatherstripping on two doors and figured out why we saw an opening and fixed it so he saved us money by being honest! The customer service person Joline was extremely competent and immediately scheduled our service.. ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL!

I appreciated the second opinion on my odd water service to behind the refrigerator but no solution was reached. I paid for advice and yet no real service or solution. I like this service but there should be a consultation fee verses an $90+/hour cost for literally nothing. I invested too much for absolutely no help. Thanks

My repairman Bartolo was fantastic!! Very pleasant, well spoken and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased!!
