Chuck was experienced and took the necessary time to complete the assignment. The deck that he cleaned was overdue for cleaning and when he finished it looked new. He was friendly and eager to please. I would definitely use him for other tasks.

Craig did an awesome job. Was prompt, efficient, and got a two hour job done in an hour. Highly recommend.

Multiple dry wall issues for this visit. Craig developed plan to repair cracks & seams, while fixing numerous nail pops in his allotted time. I have decided to have him back to tackle a variety of issues with this condo next week. He was friendly and able to answer my questions concerning other repairs, supplies and future maintenance issues.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. Craig power washed my deck and fence which was very moldy. It looks like new now. He was on time and very nice. I will request him to do another job soon.

Hi, I'm Marjorie, Steve's mother. I'm the one whose deck Craig just prepped for us before we stain it. It was Steve's idea and he made the call. I'm very happy with the whole project but sorry that Craig had to do this in the pouring rain! But still he was cheerful and kept working throughout! The deck looks very good. It is still drying but will be ready to stain soon as it all dry. I think Craig was careful to do it all really thoroughly. It was a pleasure to meet him and see his good work. thank you.

Todd did all that he could do with what I had available for him to work with. He did a fantastic job of installing the fan in our half-bath. He showed me the broken mechanism I would need to replace in two of my windows, and solved the mystery of why my basement door wouldn't fit. (Though the door had fit peviously without the hinges.) He also replaced a blown breaker in my circuit panel. He did a great job of explaining to me everything he did. There was some miscommunication between what I thought I had said when I called the office and what they had conveyed to Todd. Consequently, his expectations where different from the reality of the situation: No, the basement door was not the original but rather a new replacement; and no, I had not purchased parts for the window repair--I couldn't see what was broken. Since my top priority was the windows, I was also surprised they sent someone who said he hadn't worked with windows and would need to Google it. He said he thought he needed a special tool to fix the balance mechanism and did not have that tool. I Googled it. That special tool was a straight-edged screwdriver. I will need to order parts for the window, and then get someone else to fix them and the door.

Craig didn’t seem phased by any of the projects we had and finished in enough time with a smile on his face. We will be using him going forward. Excellent craftsmanship.
