Joe was great, this is the 2nd time I have used this company and I am so pleased. I do own my house, and my husband passed away and I just don't know how to do all the little jobs. So I make a list and when I have a half day or full days work I call. I do think you are always fair, on time, and complete all the jobs. Mark and Joe are the best! Service was professional and honest. Mark went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He did a great job repairing some rotten trim on my dormers and repainting. He was always on time and in communication with me. Schedulers were friendly. A couple of times I had to call and ask when the follow up visits would be. They also seemed to pull him from one job to the next without being able to completely finish. I have recommended Handyman Matters to friends.

We have been using Handyman Matters since moving to Columbus nearly 3 years ago. Each time is a renewed pleasure! For quite some time, we had requested James, and, as he has been promoted to manager (well done, mate!!), we were delighted to meet (and work with) Nick. Nick arrived on time..considering it was a last minute request..and proceeded to assist us in picture hanging (on a 2nd floor atrium) and power washing. His professionalism and pleasant attitude added to an amazing job. In addition, he was happy to assist with any other issues we may have had, which we didn't, at the time; however, he did notice some things that were on the back of our minds (i.e. some wood rot on exterior decking) and took notes for the next time. We are definitely repeat clients, and, if possible, will request Nick for the next job. Thank you, again, ever so much!!
