Among other things, they installed a ceiling, covered a cord along the top of two walls, seated a new commode, and installed new light fixtures. Because of some material damaged during shipping, they had to spend extra hours on our job but did not charge us for them. We had several issues repaired this summer and one of them was a new disposal installation. Yesterday evening while washing dishes, to my dismay, water poured right through the drain connection from the disposal. All other work has been holding up fabulously. I called Handman Matters today just before noon to see if the drain attachment may have been affected by the cold weather - yes, they can loosen up with temperature change and vibration. Gene was dispatched and got the drain tightened up and watertight within a couple of hours of my call at no charge. I am so pleased to have received same-day service within hours for a warranty repair!
