I have used ACE Services multiple times and their work is outstanding every time. My Handyman, Manny, has been so helpful, courteous, and kind. His work is excellent, on-time, and he makes sure we are pleased with his work. As senior citizens (my wife and me) we are thankful to have ACE to help us. The management team, Mike and Kevin, treat us like family and we are very happy.

Had my gutters cleaned. The service person was very considerate in keeping me posted as to his arrival. Special arrangements also had to be made to reschedule and they were very accomodating.

I would just erase my former negative review, if I could. I can't figure out how to do that, so I will just add a new review. I was unhappy with not being contacted by Mike, however it was in error. I did receive messages and phone calls from him, but since they came from him, rather than AceHandyman, I thought that they were spam, phishing or what ever, and ignored them. I receive lots of crank, phishing, etc. calls, and screen them severely. Anyway, we did get on the same page, and everything was excellent. Jimmy and Manny arrived at my camper right on schedule, and installed the winter cover in an excellent manner. It had rained overnight, so the storage yard was kind of wet and muddy, and it was also cold. They set right to work, didn't complain about the conditions, and installed the cover perfectly. There were phone messages showing when they would arrive, which was very nice. Both of the guys were very professional and a pleasure to have around. The entire job was great. I, of course, would recommend Ace Handyman (McHenry) 5 stars. Please disregard my previous review.

Our technician, Manny, is fantastic. We are senior citizens who need help moving things in our house and other chores we cannot do on our own. l He is polite, kind, and did exactly what we needed to have done. In addition, he has a great personality and we consider him part of the family.

I heard the handyman service advertised on the radio and used the online web site for Ace Handyman Service in McHenry to sign up for an appointment and to request service. I needed to have a door between our house and garage painted. I received an email that my request was received and an associate called me on Monday to confirm the details of the small job. He said he would talk to his painter about some questions he had and would get back to me. I expected them to confirm the date, time, and cost. After that, I never heard from anyone again. It's been at least a couple weeks, so I've given up hope and will find another way to get the job done. Disappointed in Ace.
