Not Prepared
I provided all the details to replace the current chandelier in a foyer - the need for a tall ladder to reach the electrical box 14 ft off the floor. Person said no problem, that it will require an assistant and cost approximately $250. The handyman showed up without a tall ladder and no assistant. Wasted my time while he waited for the assistant and the ladder.

Efficient, friendly service
We had Brent stop by to repair a door that was incorrectly put on our basement. We was so friendly and efficient doing his job! We had him check out other things as well, and he was able to fix a couple of other door issues as well! We’ll be giving a call to have Brent stop by if any other issues arise!

Our experience with Ace Handyman Services Northwest Columbus continues to exceed our expectations. Working with Ariane in the office and Tim at our home is consistently personal and professional. They have been responsive to our questions and ideas and respectful in all of our communications and interactions. High quality service--punctual, well done, neat work
Roman was the best handyman I have had in my house ever! He removed a drywall panel in my basement, bagged the construction materials, and cleaned the area thoroughly. It is so clean that I am ready to paint there. He also repaired my brick front step which had some loose and therefore hazardous bricks in it. He took care to tell me how to cover it so it would dry well even though it was going to rain the next day. It is now solid. He could not have done a better job for me. He was also friendly and listened carefully to my instructions. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent services
I had a punch list of about 6 odd jobs around the house which included hanging blinds, installing battery operated lights in closet, fixing two squeaky doors, removing a 10x10 area rug, and assessing two leaks in the house. Tim, our craftsman was knowledgeable , friendly, and personable Took care of everything efficiently. We’re very happy with the work provided. This is the second time we have used Ace Handyman Services and we will continue to use them in the future. We highly recommend this company.
