Ben and Joe were fantastic. Always on time. Updated progress regularly. At the end of their work day they would let me know what time to expect them the next morning. They were highly qualified and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services.

I needed some wood replaced on my home. I reached out to Ace Handyman Services. The superb service started when speaking to Andrea. She was very knowledgeable and extremely sweet. She set up an appt for this past Tuesday Nov 26th. The technician that was dispatched was Eddie. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and extremely detailed. I could not have asked for better service. He replaced the wood and it looks beautiful. He did it in a very timely manner and explained all that he was doing. He did say I would need additional wood replaced but was not a necessity at that time but would need to be done in the future. I will be coming back to have additional work done. I truly appreciated Andrea and Eddie. Employees like them are a true asset to your company.

We had a bunch of things that needed attention;installing new exterior light fixtures, hanging a new dining room light fixture, adjusting kitchen countertops for new appliances. Everything about Ace Handyman NW Columbus great and the work done by Eddie was excellent!

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Ace Handyman NW. I submitted a request online and was called promptly to discuss the project. Brent came out and had even more and better ideas, and was familiar with the area and older homes. There were a few delays due to my schedule, weather, and materials but Brent and Shannon were excellent with communication. Brent is a perfectionist and you can tell by his work, and the area was spotless when he left. I am so happy that my porch is finally matching the rest of the house.

Mark was so pleasant and professional- I would highly recommend him and will use him again. We had an office that needed a wall to come down, this project was completely quickly and looks great. Mark is a high quality craftsman as well as a wealth of knowledge working in an office setting. Very pleased and happy we choose Ace Handyman service.

Every aspect of working with ACE Handyman services has been a pleasure and it is such a relief to have found them! First and foremost, Eddie is highly talented and skilled and I am beyond thrilled with the work he has done in my home. This is the second time he has come out to do a list of projects, and I am blown away by his skill in so many different areas. Everything turned out better than expected, and Eddie is super professional and also very helpful in talking through decisions they needed to be made on the spot. I also really appreciate the way ACE sets up appointments ahead of time and sends confirmation emails and texts, as well as day-of reminders and invoices, etc. It takes all the hassle and headache and mystery out of setting up contractor work. I will absolutely be calling them again in the future! I have been so happy with their services both times I have called!

Brent was out to do multiple repairs due to leaks. He was very professional. Explained things very well and was honest about what to expect. He worked hard and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be having him back for other projects!
