Handyman Matters of N.W. San Antonio replaced our front door. The door frame had warped over time to the point where we were no longer able to open it. Every one we dealt with, Irma, Jason and Doug were friendly, helpful and professional. Both Jason and Doug came to our home. Measurements were taken, the process and time frame explained and our questions were answered. We received the estimate, which was very reasonable, quickly. Handyman Matters ordered a textured Fiberglass composite door for us. The door came in within a week and we set up a appointment for instillation later that same week. Jason arrived promptly and went to work removing the old door. He did make a couple of quick trips to pick up additional materials as there was very little that was typical about how the old door was installed but he took the time he had spent going for supplies off our bill without my even asking which I thought was great. We ordered a door that had only been primed so we could paint it the colors we wanted. The paint job Jason did was first rate and the door looked great. We could not have been happier with the finished project or our experience. We would definitely hire Handyman Matters of N.W. San Antonio again.

Jason called to say he was going to be about 30 min late because of traffic. Good to know. He replaced the fence post and aligned the gate latch properly. He had all the right tools for the job. One and a half hours was very reasonable for the job. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the surprise of a $50 service fee in addition to the $94/hr rate. I thought that was not reasonable. But I will probably use Handyman Matters again.

Jason was on time and very professional with the work being requested. Jason mounted a Cabinet in a bathroom, mounted a TV and then hung multiple heavy frames throughout the house. I would recommend Handyman Matters anytime. Thanks for the Help!

Hiram was very kind and I felt very comfortable with him In my house He assessed the nature of the work wand hadn’t a great understanding of what needed to be done. He got it done and patched the Sheetrock an de did a great job! Highly recommend Hiram and handyman matters.

My latest experience with Handyman Matters did not go very well. I’ve had them come several times over the past 5 or so years, and had a very positive experience — professionally completed small repairs and maintenance. The last 2 times, however, with a larger job of repairing water damaged ceilings, it took much too long so was much too expensive, for a very poor outcome. I’m afraid I won’t be calling again.

James did an excellent job repairing my collapsed tile shower wall. Definitely recommended. Reasonable price too!

Satellite dish and cables removal and infill. James did a fantastic job. Was very thorough and understanding of what I wanted accomplished. The task was not easy by any stretch, and I was very grateful that he completed the task on time and on budget and to my satisfaction.
