Professional and friendly sevice

Mike was friendly and professional. He asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I needed a downspout reattached and directed to a different direction to drain. He offered a suggestion that I hadn’t thought of that I appreciated. He did the job and I am satisfied with it.
Yes I would call Ace Handyman Services again because of the ease and professionalism in scheduling the appointment with Sherry and her explaining to me from start to finish about the appointment i.e. what the handyman’s name is, his contacting me the night before to reaffirm the appointment and letting me know when he is leaving for my appointment. Great customer service!

Fast, Friendly, and Fair!
I was able to book an appointment and get the work done the next day. Arrived on-time, very friendly and professional. The initial estimate said the work may take up to 3 hours, but he had it done in one, and it looks great! Very happy!

Mike arrived shortly before the time of the appointment. He bc was friendly and courteous.
I needed the downspout put up securely so it won’t come down in a storm again and the end of the downspout needed to be extended so as to drain properly. He shared that where I thought I wanted to have it drain would be a concern in the winter because it would create ice and therefore hazardous. I hadn’t thought about that. He explained what he would do, asked if that would work for me, got the supplies and put it back up. The entire process from scheduling the appointment to the finished work was effortless for me. Whenever needed, I will call them again!
