The technician arrived at my house at the time for the scheduled appointment. He was friendly and courteous and got right to work. He was finished in a little over an hour. The Lazy Susan would only turn part of the way around. He removed the Lazy Susan from the cabinet, then removed the obstruction and reinstalled the Lazy Susan. After reinstalling he aligned everything and made sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with their service.

German arrived a few minutes early and set to work installing a new fangled smart toilet seat. He also went to a nearby store to get batteries for it, showed me how the different features worked, and fixed a brace to a shower curtain rod. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The cost was originally estimated for 4 hours, but since the job took 1hr15min, that 's what I was charged for. I would definitely use him and Handyman Matters of Orange again!

It's not easy to find a person who can come over and do odd jobs around your house. This experience was EASY. German came over and was incredibly professional, explained everything to me and was even EARLY. When was the last time a service provider was early to a job. It's never happened. I will be using Handyman Matters again and again and again.

Helpful staff, fast service and competitive pricing!

From the moment I contacted Handyman Matters, this was a very professional and pleasant service experience. Their office staff clearly understood my request and asked very pertinent questions to understand the scope of work. (I had them paint a wrought iron railing and front lamppost which both were peeling and chipping. I also had them caulk areas in the the bathrooms and exterior areas.) Also, I could not believe I got a real person on the phone so easily who is based in my service area rather than in a call center in TX!!) The office staff followed up throughout the transaction to make sure I was satisfied. The craftsman who was sent to my home was extremely polite, professional and well skilled. As he was doing the work at my home, I felt that he was treating my house like it was his own home. He cared deeply about the quality of his work and performed it a clean and careful manner. I was very happy w my experience w this new company and look forward to using them again in the near future. I will certainly recommend them to others.

Very responsive to calls. It was also nice to get a follow-up calls. Handyman team was very polite, respectful of my house and did great job. Repainted my living room and helped with some winter preparation work. Team leaders explained everything very patiently and gave me a fair estimate. Will definitely use again. Thank you again.
