Ray was really fantastic. He was very honest and worked with me on solving plumbing issues that we had. In addition, he replaced a ceiling fan for me. I love the fact that I was provided the time of the appointment and he showed up right on time. I was sent a picture of him before he came to the door, so I was able to recognize him right away when he came to my house.
