I have used Handy Matters several times and have always been very pleased with the staff and service. I had several projects I needed done so Harley came today and completed them quickly and efficiently. Harley was very friendly and explained what needed to be done to fix the problems. I will definitely use this company again and again

My phone call to schedule service was answered by a friendly person and I was able to book a slot just a few days away. My job was hanging towel bars and closet rods I appreciated the text reminders and notification that James was on his way. James arrived slightly ahead of schedule. We went over all the placements of the bars/rods. Then James got to work. Everything was completed perfectly. Thank you! I will definitely call again when I have projects.

Handyman Matters is an amazing company! Had them come out for a repair and they were honest enough to say that the repair I was told needed to be done did not. I will be a return customer for many years to come!

The customer service person was thorough and attentive, got the details of the job needed, had an opening on this day and scheduled a service call with James. James called about 2 hours before the scheduled time and said he was in the area and could come by 30 to 45 minutes early. I said he could but I wouldn't be back until our original scheduled time. He asked for permission to walk my property and access the problem soffit condition, and I gave him that permission. I arrived at the scheduled time and found James getting ready to leave having corrected the sagging soffit problem. He briefed me on the reason for the problem and was friendly, thorough and professional in every way. I paid for the service, a very fair price, and I will keep Handyman Matters on my quick dial list. I am 1000% satisfied with their service and my experience.

He was very professional even though the job was smelly. He changed our baseboard that had absorbed cat urine. Was cautious to close off room until he was sure there was no mold. Kept supply cost to a minimum. Fixed a faucet handle, toilet paper holder, and two exterior door knobs in no time flat while waiting to paint our freshly installed baseboard. Worked quickly and efficiently to save us as much money as possible. Everyone likes to save money, but when you have a new baby, every penny and a functional home matters even more. Thank you James!

I actually hate looking for someone to do work in my home. However, I will use Handyman Matters again if needed. They were responsive, and showed up on time. I had drywall repaired where a wall mirror was removed behind a double sink vanity. Harley was on time, told me it would take about two hours and he even put a coat of primer on wall.
