Mirko was assigned our Popcorn Ceiling Repair needed after Hurricane Sally. He was very professional and flexible to do whatever was needed to make the job right. It was originally thought that the ceiling would need to be scraped and then reapply the Popcorn Texture, but once on the sight we realized the damage to the sheetrock would require a section to be removed and replaced before the texture was reapplied. Mirko was not phased by this additonal need and made the needed changes to his work plan. He worked hard all day. He was very neat, clean and organized with all his activities and left behind zero signs of his ever being there. We were very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others needing handyman work. In an effort to give constructive feedback to the office staff; I do feel that the invoice should be called the invoice and not an estimate received at the end of the project, but either way the original verbel estimate was accurate and we are happy with the outcome!

My second time using this service. They arrive when expected. Always does more than necessar, and fixes little things I even did not mention. Very happy and told all my friends! Will use again and again.

Mirko worked steadily all day. Was very polite an conscious. The job looks very professional. I did ask him why the company only sent one person to do the job and said he was the only person assigned. The job would have gone much faster if he would have had help. I wonder if the labor would have been less. One more thing I don't understand is the estimate was sent after I had paid.
