Overall they did a good job. Had a little mixup on the scheduling at first but we got thru that. My only complaint is, when the estimate was done, I was told that he was way over estimating the amount of time it was going to take. He said he would rather estimate a little high. Well it actually took more time than was originally quoted. I have some knowledge in the construction industry and could not believe how long it was taking. I was told it would take around 4 hours (quoted 8) to cut out the water damaged portion of our floor. It actually took around 9 hours. I was told it was going to take around 4 hours (quoted 8) to install new subfloor and plywood underlayment it took around 6-7 hours. Was told it was going to take around 4 hours (quoted 4) to install around 225 sq ft of vinyl plank flooring, took around 7 hours including some time a friend (flooring installer) spent there. Overall they quoted me 20 hours (keep in mind I was told he was quoting high), and it took them 23 hours to complete the project. I just felt like there was a little milking of the clock going on. Have not received the invoice yet so I do not know what the final bill is going to be. I will be disappointed if they charge me for more than what was quoted when in reality it should be less. I recommend their work but be careful on what they quote you.

The guy who came out and gave us a quote was super-friendly, honest, and great to work with. The guy who came out and did the repairs was also very friendly and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier, and the amount they charged was very fair for the work they did.
