I was gone for my job when my shower tiler finished shower, but he didnt do any finishes. Instead of wife waiting a month for me to get back i hire ace to put up; shower heads, shower handles, light fixtures, steam control panel, and bathroom fans. Everything looked great when I got home. Couldnt be happier that 1 guy was able to do the electrical and plumming work.

We expected Ace to scrape and caulk and paint the trim and soffits to get the house ready for sale. They added an additional $100 to the bid on the first day, scraping and caulking and mildew repair is Basic painting prep for exterior, should not be extra. Had to have the "craftsman" back 3 times to paint what did cut in properly, paint the edges of the trim boards that were missed completely, they didn't even caulk all of the gaps prior to painting, attempted to paint over mildew stains without sanding and treating the stains first. We were billed for 10 gallons of paint at $720, they only 5 gallons of white and 2 gallons of deck stain. If you do not have the basic paint skills, you shouldn't be charging $4200, the quality of the work was no where near that kind of price tag!
