We are in the hospitality business and frequently have need for handyman services. Ace has been like a partner. Always there when we need help. On time. Great communications. And the work is done properly at a fair price.

I have used Ace Handyman for two years and each time successfully and with my property being more valuable for it afterward. In comparison to recent competition (a big box store), Ace representatives are far more responsive, courteous and professional, with a quality job done. I'm always encouraged when a tradesman shows up on time, showered, shaved and with clean work clothes on, ready to work and show me an end product I can be proud of. As said, my recent experience with a competitor was completely the opposite and when the slob left I had to end up finishing the project myself. I should have called Ace.

I was pleased to be able to get my work done so quickly after I first called. The man who did our work, Justin, was great. He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional. We talked through the project, he explained what he was going to do, worked steadily and quickly, and then inspected the finished work with me. He even vacuumed the sawdust from my lawn! I will definitely contact Ace the next time we need a handyman.

Pat reached out to me the night before our scheduled start date to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the scheduled time and then discussed options for the two projects I had for him. He was able to work through some issues and completed both tasks to my satisfaction. He was polite, clean and I appreciated his attention to detail.

Justin was professional and extremely helpful when providing suggestions and feedback with the current state of our deck. He was able to come in, clean it up and make it the way I envisioned, left by the previous contractor.

Arrived promptly, was efficient, checked everything thoroughly. Looked at all possible problems and was able to correct the nonfunctioning pump.

There was a bit of mixed message about scope of painting job. Had to get supplies from Lowes. Maybe hadn't allowed time for full paint job. Was done. Maybe second coat should have been done. In primary bedroom, closet doors of one closet are tight to carpet, heavier to open and close. Did take out a metal bracket for me. Did the best with a couple doors, that eventually need new doors/ frames. Thank you for the work and quick appointment.
