Phenomenal Customer Service
I appreciate the exceptional customer service provided by Ace. My request included some caulking in 2 bathrooms. When I was not satisfied with the original work done, they made sure to send out another craftsman right away to re do all the caulking. Oliver was extremely professional and had great attention to detail. It was such a good experience that I have already requested Ace Handyman services for additional projects.

Quick, efficient and very professional

Professional and friendly
I had a leak in a front room window and the handyman was able to find the leak and make sure the leak area was completely covered before he left.

Happy with service

Excellent quality and great customer service
We use Ace and Oliver is our dedicated handyman. He is patient, always communicates what he is about to do and has finished doing, and his work is excellent. Rachel in the office is a joy to work with. She handles random requests and schedules the workers (mostly Oliver) at times that are convenient to us. They do light plumbing, basic electric, painting, fixing, hanging, hauling, formica repair, literally everything you can think of.

Complicated Disposal Install
Rick came promptly and was faced with not your normal disposal install. I had purchased the new disposal and wanted a hole to be drilled into my quartz countertop for the installation of an air switch on top of the counter top instead of using the cumbersome under the sink switch. I had all the materials but needed someone with a diamond bit drill which is needed for drilling into quartz countertops. Plus I needed some under the sink rolling chrome racks to come out and be put back in after installing the disposal and making sure the new disposal fit with those racks side by side. So not your simple disposal install. Everything was accomplished. Took awhile but drilling through quartz is not easy. Very very pleased.
