I called Handyman Matters from a recommendation to repair my wooden gate. They sent Mark the very next day who was on time and explained to me what he felt needed to be done. He completed the job quickly and asked me to inspected his work. After discussing a possible future issue he did a further adjusted. I am very pleased with his work, professionalism, and concern for my satisfaction. I will call Handyman Matters again.

This was our first time using this company. They sent out an old man (Kent). We needed a mirror closet door fixed & wanted an estimate on getting it fixed, he told us we may as well have him fix it because he was charging us an $88 dollar service charge just for coming out. We were upset by this due to the fact we were never told there was a charge for getting an estimate, We had him fix our door. But will not use this company again. Very unprofessional not to be informed of the charges just to come out. We do not mind paying for the work that is done, but not happy about paying a service fee on top of paying for the work that was done.

Stephen has been our go-to man for years. Today he evaluated the problem with our privacy fence gate and solved the problem without our needing an entire new gate. He also installed fresh bulbs in our downlights throughout the house. When our decorator arrived Stephen hung mirrors and pictures, moved a rug, desk, chest, and various chairs in two bedrooms with understanding and care. He noticed damage to the surface of the desk and effectively scrubbed and renewed the surface. It looks like new! Stephen has a friendly yet professional manner that makes it a delight to have him here repairing all things broken! We never call on anyone else.

Mark did an excellent job in caulking our bathtub/shower. His attention to detail was superb. Will definitely use them again.

Needed to have a new casement window installed. Contacted Handyman Matters and they sent out their service guy to check the project we needed done. We set the appointment, he came out as we agreed to. Got a good estimate and signed him on to do the job. Unfortunately, the window we had was the wrong size. Our Handyman tried different ways to maybe get the window to fit but it wouldnt work. When the right sized window arrives, we’ll contact Handyman Matters to come back out to install.

The gentleman who came saved me a lot of money by letting me know that I just needed a new dryer rather than having a modification on my house!
